Prices - Cottage Rental

Three Bedroom Cottage 132.00 a night - Weekly $820.00 - based on 4 adults.
Two Bedroom Cottage $115.00 a night - Weekly $705.00 - based on 4 adults.
One Bedroom Cottage $85.00 a night - Weekly $550.00 - based on 2 adults.
Three Bedroom Chalet $155 a night - Weekly $940.00 - based on 4 adults.
Five bedroom House/ Chalet 185.00 a night - $1150.00 - based on 5 adults.
With each second and additional week receive 10% discount
Prices include specified number of adults – Extra adults = additional $30 per night.

Deposit required for all reservation is $165.00

Weekly Boat and Motor Rental prices are $255 with weekly Cottage rental.

Dock rentals: $12/day or $66/week. Minimum 2 days (includes ramp usage). Ramp usage only is $22/day.

Weekly cottage rental includes use of canoe.

Firewood $10/garbage pail size (outside wood is not allowed because of disease and insects. Ice: $3.50/bag. Worms for sale.

Pets: $10 per night or $60/ week - approval required before pet will be allowed. If reported off-leash, except at dog beach, a $10 fine will be charged. After second offense, pet will be required to leave.

Linens and towels can be supplied for a fee of $14 per bed. This is a one time charge for the duration of your stay. Please advise before arriving if you would like bedding supplied.

Hot Tub Rental: Five-Person Roto Spa hot tub rental: 2 day min $60/day or $255/weekly. Hot Tub will be set-up outside Cottage.

Boat & Motor Rentals

Pleasure Craft Operator's Card is not required to rent a boat and motor if a Rental Boat Safety Checklist is completed. Deposit is required for any damage.

Rental motors are 6hp to 20hp (depending on operator experience). Boats are 14-16 foot deep-hull. $95/day PLUS gas. Each additional day is $60. Just boat or motor: half the cost of Boat and Motor. Canoe $25/day (free with weekly cottage rental).

Deluxe 17 ft fishing Boat - 2007 Starcraft with live-well, fish finder, 40hp four-stoke Mercury: $140/day. Second day discount available. Experienced boaters only.

Prices - Camp Ground

Daily Camping

  • Daily Camping: $40. Weekly Camping: $250. Monthly Camping: $830.
  • Pets: $8/Day. ALL PETS, INCLUDING VISITOR’S PETS, MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGER IN ADVANCE. (If reported off-leash except at dog beach: $10 fine, after second time, the pet must leave).
  • Camp site with more than two adults: each additional adult, $10/night.
  • Fire wood: $10/garbage pail size. Ice: $3.50/ bag. Worms for sale.
  • Dock rentals: $12/day or $66/week. Minimum 2 days, includes ramp usage. Ramp usage without dockage is $24/day – TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE.

Seasonal Site

$2175.00 annual / Waterfront: $2575.00

  • Trailer with more than two adults: each additional adult is $95 for season or $10 per night.
  • All yearly dues are due by April 15. Next-year deposit of $500 is due October 1. No late payments allowed. No admittance into camp until fees are paid in full.
  • Seasonal Visitors Pass is $130. Includes one family at a time consisting of two adults and children. If more than one family, daily visitor rate applies. If you are not there, they are not visiting - they are camping, and those rates apply. Daily visitor is $10 per family. Overnight: $20. Fees MUST be paid upon arrival. Please phone me from the office, you are not bugging me. (You are if you do not pay). Fee will be double if I have to chase for it. If visit is less than one hour, no charge, but guest must still register and note it on sign in sheet.
  • Dockage with seasonal site: 14ft or less, $235. 14ft to 19ft, $285. 20ft and above, $340. - Winter storage: $80.
  • No sub-leasing.
  • Storage of other trailers, golf cart, Jet Ski, canoe, paddle boats, and watercraft not needing dockage is $110 for season.
  • Extra car parking spot is $100 for the season. Daily parking $5/daily.

Extra costs for seasonal camping

(full season only, no half-year fees apply.)

  • Air conditioner: $125. (Must be removed or covered if not in use).
  • Electric water heater: $90.
  • Electric space heater: $55.
  • Extra fridge, freezer or plug-in cooler: $85.
  • Trailer Winterized: $85.
  • Top Soil or Compost: $20 per bucket. Sand or Gravel: $15.00 per bucket.
  • Garbage Removal (not house hold): $6 per regular container.
